Hey Guys,

I'm new here so please forgive me if I'm in the wrong spot.
My 03 'kota has an annoying little problem, the fan decided to just stop working on me in the middle of some +90's weather. Normally I'd suck it up, but I will not make my 7 month old suffer the heat.

Can anyone direct me to where I might find some WTF help on this besides paying Jimmy at the shop $90 just to look at it?

What fan? The electrical fan or the mechanical clutch fan.

The electrical fan that let's you feel the ever pleasant AC on a hot day.

have you tried running the fan on "max" speed, read something on it a while back, think it may have been a relay if it only worked on high
I know someone out there knows more than I do and will correct this, only trying to trouble shoot and get more info from ya

Yeah definately try running it on high. If thats the only time it works, its the blower motor resistor. If its only an 03 and you bought it new, its still under warranty. Take it back to the dealer and they'll take care of it for you. It happened to my 01 and it was no problem. Had it back in a day.
