I have 1980, D150 with a slant six. I'm a litte confused on the 1/2 ton rating and GVR rating. I can only carry 1000lbs in the bed right??
I want to transport a bunch of landscape pavers/bricks and i'm estimating the total weight at close to 3000lbs. It's basically about 200 chunks of concrete. I'd like to minimize my trips, but of course don't want to be dangerous. There's hardly any rust on the frame and the suspension is in good shape. Any comments would be appreciated.
