i am i n the process of converting to manual hubs on my 84 w150 i have the left side done and went to do the right side i cant get the the old assembly out i know when i did the other side as soon i compressed the big lock ring the assembly came right out... am i missing something some where that the right hub assembly is not coming out.

i believe there is a snap ring on the axle shaft too
