Anyone know how to remove the coin holder from inside the center armrest on an '01 Dak? I actually use it and one of the coin slots has jammed and I want to clean/fix it. Does it just pop out (with force) or do I need to disassemble the whole armrest to get at it?

In my '03, it lifts straight up. Doesn't take much effort. Maybe the PO took it out several times and made it easier.

Well it's definitely not coming out that easy in mine. I don't know if it's just wedged in there over time or that's how it's supposed to be, but thanks.

remove the entire console. open the top lid thingy. there are two screws above the coine holder. remove. look for more screws that hold that entire "centre panel" in the console (some are underneath) most if i remember correctly. Its a large one peice unit just to get to the coin holder. your looking at at least an hour if you havent done this before. Thats the way t do it if you have a manual. GL if you have an automatic i couldnt tell you
