Went to AutoZone today and found out that my check engine light is due to a bad output speed sensor. Picked up the part for $24.99.

Does anyone have a diagram or picture that shows where this is. I know its located somewhere on the transmission but was hoping for a visual guide as well.

Generally, they will be in the tailshaft, right before the transfer case. If its like my old Dak, should be on the left. Disconnect the wiring harness and find either a box end wrench or a deep well socket. Be sure to check the old one for an o-ring, as long as it wasn't leaking before, just clean it off and reuse it. Clean off the seating surface to
