Clunking noise when starting from cold

I have an 02 Caravan with a 3.3L engine and 130,000 KM's. My problem is that when I start the van from cold it will start, rev up, but after a few seconds when the rpm's come down to about 1000 there is a clunking noise that happens. The van runs good after the noise and I do not notice anything else wrong with it. It seems like it maybe something around the serpentine belt but I am not sure. I replaced the serpentine be the other day and it is still happening. After the initial start of the day it will not do it again until it is left for a long period. I can not pin point where this is coming from but it is starting to worry me.

Been doing quite a bit of reading and see there are a lot of people that had issues with the power steering resevoir screen getting clogged up and made the pump noisy. My noise is more of a clunk but could it be caused by the resevoir screen as well?

No, I had it done when it was in the garage for some other stuff and I never thought to mention it to the mech. When it is started I can't see anything that is seized or slow moving that is driven off the belt. Could the AC clutch be the problem? The last couple of days it has not done it and it was pretty chilly so I am not sure what is going on. Hopefully this is one of those problems that fixes itself but I doubt it.
