I still have it...sitting around in my shed somewhere.
I was a cone type filter enclosed in a cylindrical enclosure. It had an opening on the bottom of the enclosure where the air intake tube attached forcing air through the filter and then out the end which went to the throttle body. It originally hooked up to the tube coming off the hemi hat and then had about a 3' hose that extended down in the engine compartment towards the ground behind the head light and had a "velocity" scoop on the end of it. In order to check the filter, you had to completely remove the system and take out 3 screws to remove the filter from the enclosure...PITA.
Then I spoke with them again and they said they picked up some more gains by just attaching the Vara-Ram setup directly to the hemi hat instead of to the tube that was once there. This looked very ackward and didn't look professional at all.
It was very difficult getting thier couplings over the tube they provided, which I never accomplished, so it had an unfinished look. I ended up removing the hemi hat and attaching an AIR AID MIT tube to the Vara-Ram setup and then found a deal on the rest of the AIR AID CAI at which point I removed the rest of the Vara Ram setup.
Looks like a lot more thought went into this design, I am just disgusted I spent about $350 on thier first design and I should have sent it back, but I didn't think they would give me a refund.
