Cam regrind for TBI 3.9

I dont know too much about cams , I have an 88 dakota with the 3.9. Hughes engines does regrinds and new cams http://www.hughesengines.com/cams/39v6cams.asp
which one would be my best bet for more low to midrange power, without taking away too much topend?
