Dad bought it new. The body is in pretty good shape for never being painted. The yellow is thin in some places but overall it's nice. Rear wheel wells have a couple bubbles and have been touched up before, but thats the only repainting it's seen. Notice the O and E fell off the hood though.

You're dad should be commended for keeping it as nice as it is.... ;)
I mean, exept for the very minor stuff, it looks like it just came new off the dealers lot....
Is this your rig now? If so, keep it nice!
There are a lot of us who'd kill to have a 35 year-old rig in that nice of shape!

Yeah, after all these years he still tries to pamper it. Random things have fallen off, like I mentioned, including both Adventurer Sport badges from the door panels. Luckily my parents have had it garaged all of it's life so that would explain it. It was used as a summer vehicle and only when necessary during winter. Winter duty was reserved for our now gone 1973 Satellite Sebring coupe (converted to a RR).

It has been to Washington, and Colorado, and I believe to Yosemite. It used to have a topper on it and they used it for camping and to tow our boat.

Thanks! I'll have to have someone snap a pic of me doing a burn out with the hard tires bolted to the 8 3/4 sure grip!
Hey, the next time I'm at 'Pull n' Save' if I see a rig that I can pull the "O" and "E" off of, I'll mail em to ya for free.... That rig deserves at least that much! ;)
We have one of the letters. And we had the other missing letter but that fell off because we used the wrong adhesive. I'm pretty sure we're just missing the E though. The O is in the seat cover IIRC. Yeah it is, cause the Adventurer badges are stashed in there too. :D

And thank you sir if you find an E.
