Im not using mine. I have a filter on the end coming from the engine, and a cap on the Intake. It doesnt make a difference performance wise, but it keeps your throttle body from getting all that crap from your engine in it.
Sweet Idea!!! Can you post up some more pictures of that if it's not to much trouble!!!!! Thanks........ :dwave:mheideman said:Im not using mine. I'm with him.......TREP R/T said:For those who have these on, can you post the sizes and parts you used. Is there any slight modification to the breather adapter to fit?
KYKillerKlown said:I am running two of the filters since I thought that an extra filter would look better than a plug in the intake. So one is how everyone else is using them and the other is just off the intake for looks. The intake is a Zmok Speed intake off ebay that I painted.
Thanks for the info. Im going to try it and see what I come up with!!!KYKillerKlown said:They are 1.5" at the top and 2" at the bottom. I got a couple of chrome spark plug wire holders at Autozone and cut the holders off the ends of them. The bottom part of the filter sits right down in there and it has a hole on the end to bolt them in the air filter bracket. Thanks for the compliments and yes I like blue.![]()
