ok, i think, i mean i KNOW, i need new brakes. every time i step on 'em, the truck pulses and its getting so bad that the whole cab vibrates and i can feel the pedal moving up and down under my foot. i told my bud about it and he said that it might just be some rust on the brakes. i dunno what is causing it, but it needs to be fixed and, once again, money is tight for me. so, if any of you ppl had this problem, please, feel free to offer me some advice. thanks :)

you have warped rotors. Get them turned for a couple of buck each, then make sure you tighten the lug nuts with a torque wrench and you're good to go. Your pads may be fine.

i think buying a new set would be better after all if you warped them driving hard they will warp faster this time (after turning) because of them having less mass
i did mine goingt over mountians last year and replace the roters
now i just have to remamber to down shift to keep from smokin them again
thats my $.02
