I have been playing around with the idea of when my factory tires run out, putting a 3 inch body lift and 33" inch tires. Anyone done this same thing and can give me advice or an ideas on how much it will cost?

Do you have 17" wheels now? If so, the OEM 20" wheels have 275/60/20 tires, which are 33" tall, so no lift typically is required for 33" tires. On the 05s, 33x12.5x17 tires will fit without leveling the front, or adding a body lift. But, if you wanted to do the body lift for looks - go for it.

If you wanted to go with narrower tires, then 285/70/17s are about 11 1/4" wide and 32 3/4" tall, and 295/70/17s are about 11 5/8" wide and 33 1/4" tall. The 285s are much more common, so the prices would be better.

Also -are you interested in AT or MT type tires? As an example onlinetires.com has 285s that range in price from $125 to $265 each before shipping for various AT and MT tires.
