Ok, so we just had a best buy open up where I am stationed, el centro, on saturday. I just revieced a couple months of BAH back pay so I decided to get an amp to run my 15in solobaric that ive had for a couple years. Got a good deal on the amp and install, love that military, and left it there to be installed that day. After a couple hours I called to check up on it and they blew my left passanger side curtain airbag. Needless to say, i was pissed. Upon arrival, they had cut out the bag, no damage what so ever. It was down to buisness after that. Obviously they were going to pay for all the damage and pay to have the any record of the airbag deploying expunged since it was not in an accident. On top of that the manager hooked it up with his personal cell number and told me go right to him anytime me or anyone else i know goes into the store. Since it was a grand opening, there were distrit managers in the install bay, and the head installer from san diego was the one doing it. He also hooked it up for whenever im in san deigo. So i was a little upset that i didnt get anything for free, but im not really that kinda person. It was an honest mistake and they were dealing with the situation professionally. So they hooked everything up and I was on my way home when my sub gave out. Needless to say i was not happy. I turned around and told them what happened. Now here is where it gets good. As soon as i stared to explain, one install guy just walks away, not something i was happy about, but 5 mins later he comes out with a loaded q-logic box with 2 alpine E-type 12's. Not the best subs, but they just threw it in my truck for free and sent me on my way. It sounds sick in the D. Best Buy is a classy store imo. Just wanted to share the sweet story with you guys.
