Well, tonight is the coldest night that I have been able to drive my truck since last year, so I figured I would get you guys another video. I thought about another 0-100 run but you guys already know that would have been a waste of tire, so I did a 20-100 run. I learned that if I roll into the throttle, it will only chirp the tires and keep me on the pavement, so thats what I did, and it felt pretty good. Temp on the overhead said 68*, but I cant wait for it to read 48* Anyway, here is the video.

but are you not running your superchips becasue its shifting at 5700-5800 rpms. When My truck shifts into 2nd im doing 45 and it jumps to 50 and then shifts into 3rd in the 85-90 mph range. Maybe its your TQ converter or something else?

he has the '03, and you cant adjust the shift points on those trucks with superchips, so when its in drive it still shifts at 5700-5800, it will shift where the 04-06 guys trucks will, but he has to shift manually.

Yea I know he does....I thought you could adjust the shift points on the 03's?? Guess not... hmm

well maybe you can adjust them, so that when you shift manually they will shift at 6100, but it wont shift that high in "D" like we can in our trucks.

im not familiar with the hypertech, but if thats what it does, then yes they are like the superchips for the 03's. we just got lucky with our's lol.

I can only raise my rev limiter...I cant adjust shift points. So when it is in drive, it shifts at about 5800, but I can shift it manually at 6200...so these videos I am posting are slower than what I can run because I cant shift manually and hold the camera at the same time.
