I finally got the nerve up to clear my head lights and give them a new look with some paint.....until....I am in the process of painting right now. I had two coats of black paint on them and applied the third. After the third I noticed some of the paint looked like it was scaling up...WHAT THE HECK IS THAT ALL ABOUT!!! It was nice and smooth after the second coat dried and I had to push the envelope. Can anyone help me out??? PLEASE! :help:

Your going to have to let them dry completely and get some fine grit sandpaper and lightly sand the "scaling". I would probably use a fine sandpaper and lightly scuff the entire painted surface again, then clean it with some paint prep cleaner, then lightly spray them again (just once). As far as sandpaper goes, im not sure which grit to use without looking at it. I would start with a super fine grit and work your way down from there.
