I just bought a 04' Ram HEMI.On the gauge cluster is shows 1 - 2 - D and O/D.Wheres the 5th gear?

there is no option 1-5 on the column...I wish there was and you could manually enter each gear

I believe 4th and 5th are both overdrive gears.

4th and 5th are OD. The 5.7L also comes in a 5spd stick in the 2500 and 3500 models if you want one. In the lx cars theres a paddle shift option. I am not sure what the Grand Cherokee options are.

last time i checked it was a 4 speed auto with OD.
