I came across this site today, and it goes way deep into detail about the Durango. It appears to be the 1998 model and doesn't have updates, but it still provides a good background to any D owner about their vehicle.

Maybe this should be stickied for all future D owners that become members of dodgetalk.

yeah, good info. Too bad they only mention the 4.7L engine once and give no real info about it though.

Yeah, I think they just talked about the 1998 model and didn't update it for the other years.

that's because the article was made in 98 right? prior to the release of the 4.7 motor

I was reading on the net the other nite, they called the 4.7L 'power tech' or something like that, searching for variations tonite yielded nothing. I also read the 3.7 is the same motor minus 2 cyl. No wonder the Libby uses it!
