I have the viper 791x alarm (i think that was the number) anyway , my wife was getting out (taking her sweet time as usual) I thought she was out and I locked the doors(set the alarm) before the door was closed. Once I realized the door was not closed i hit the disarm ! she closed the door and i then hit the arm. I did not hear the chirp. I must have hit some kind of program mode because now my dash alarm light is constant and I can't set the alarm it only locks and unlocks the doors, no alarm !!! Anybody got this alarm or can you tell me where to get this info ??
I can't find my manual ..

sounds like you put it in valet mode. Try doing what you did before to disable it.

you put it in valet mode. easy fix. open the drivers door, hit lock, unlock, lock on the remote. there ya go. back to normal.
