Its not made for the 5.9s as your TBs sit flat, you might be able to adapt it with a 90" neck? But I really dont think so.

It will fit 2003 to 2008. I took the one of my '04 and had it on my '07 and '08 Hemis

i could feel a difference in the mid to upper RPM range. i don't have a track times or dyno sheets. but i did feel a difference. that and when at WOT it sounds like a supercharger under your hood. it sucks in a lot of air.
