AC Blower Motor Doesn't Work

1979 B300 Van 360, 5.9L

I took the AC blower motor out, Cleaned and oiled it and reinstalled - now it does not work.

1. Motor tests fine when attached directily to battery.
2. Blower swith is good.
3. Blower Rersistor is good.
4. No voltage getting to motor.

I attached a 12 volt supply to the motor leads while in circuit and the motor "pulsed" and did not fully turn on.

That thing is junk. I'll take it off your hands. Problem solved

Take a good look at the plug. One of the wires may have pushed out when putting it back together and not making contact. It looks like the only thing you haven't mentioned.
