remove wheel...lol. but seriously. you need a special socket, i call it a inverted torx because the head of the bolt looks like a torx screwdriver. otherwise it's not to bad. support front end with both wheels off ground. then remove wheel, axle nut, brake caliper and rotor. support the caliper, don't let it hang on hose as it can damage to inside of the brake hose. from the back side remove the three bolts that hold the hub on. these bolts are the "inverted torx" and no I can't remember the size. then tap off the old hub and reverse the procedure to reassemble.

Thanks. All went well. Yes I was surprised to find the "inverted" torx. It is size E14 by the way. The only real problem was getting the old hub to separate from the spindle. While we were in there I discovered the outer control arm was worn out so it got replaced also.
