Steering upgrades for the 97 year 1500 trying to get away from the y set up an go to a t set up is there any bolt on kits with out drill if you could leave a link an part numbers thanks an I would like to know if the moog set up is bolt DS800981A

I would think twice about changing over your steering. There are as many guys that complain the steering is worse, as there are guys that like it. At a minimum keep all of you old parts so that if you don't like the HD upgrade steering you have the OEM stuff to go back to the old style.

There are a whole bunch of factors that come into play, lift, tire size, miles etc. Without knowing exactly what issue you are trying to address it is hard to say what changes would be of help. There are bolt on T steering kits, whether that is the right answer for your issue(s) is a whole other question.

its ok to b cautious. it takes a veteran dodge truck enthusiast to work all the bugs out! that's Y we are here..
