I have 97 dodge pickup and the problem that having is that it stalled out and now it won't start I'm thinking that it's the fuel pump can anyone help me
The first thing to try if you haven't is to spray some starting fluid in the air cleaner and see if it will attempt to or start for a few seconds. If so then check any fuse or fuel pump relay and go from there.

Yes I have tried that and that's good but when I turn the key on there nothing from the fuel tank

If you don't hear it wind up and there is no pressure at the test port then that is likely the issue. I changed my 98 around a 100K when I noticed harder starting. It's a lot of work but well worth it, be sure to clean the tank.
