truck turns over strong but doesent even try to start up. it had been running and starting fine. had plenum and head gasket done and tune up done about 10 months ago by dealer. its cold out (22F) but it had been much colder and it was fine. 96 ram 5.9 160,000 miles 2wd. thanks for any help ozzy

This want be much help, but check to make sure you're getting fuel. If it's not fuel, then it must be something electrical.

Need air, spark and fuel. Order I would go is, disconnect battery and reconnect it (mine would run then quit. only way to restart was disconnect the battery) Fuel pressure at the rail, Spark at the plug, Obstruction in the airways, Power to injectors.

You should hear your fuel pump prime when you turn the key to on.

Our breeze had same problem, it was fouled plugs (150,000 miles, 10 years old from factory, gross).
