just picked up a 95 3500 8.0 V-10 club cab. Also 4x4. Truck sounds like it may have a a stuck lifter. Tried the oil conditioner then changed the oil and filter and sea foam in the fuel. 100 miles and nothing changed. Tonight I just noticed I have a slight wobble in my crank pulley/harmonic balancer. Ordered one and gonna put it on this week. Would this cause the truck to sound like it has a lifter tick?

all kinds of noises can sound like a lifter. a bad belt tensioner can sound like a lifter. ive run my bad tensioner for 6 years now!
put a rubber tube to your ear, stuff the other end down the v cover breather holes and listen.
take off the valve covers and start the engine just to run it for a minute, watch the rocker arms for approximate comparative equal movement across the cylinders. what an oil mess- that's good though.
or just run it till it dies.
quit with the sea foam and snake oil treatments. your just throwing away your money.
