Will my 94 1500 6 inches lifted clear 37s 20x12 -44 offset Will I also need to change my gears? Was wondering if anyone has done this

6" and 37's? Should. I'd toss a 3" BL in there and have lots of room. But 37's on a 1500 will kill the diffs. If you actually use the truck for more than a pavement pounder.

Diff gears? Man, you should know this already.
Stock 3:55 with stock 30.5 tires upped to 37 means you need 4:32 gears to be stock. But they don't make those so go 4:56 but the massive heavy tires will rob so much power you'll need 4:88's to get any life back into your truck.

Your best bet is to swap to Dana 60 front and Dana 70 rear and 4:88 gears. But your 318 will suck balls.
