This may have been covered here, but I am new and need some help. My radio, cargo lights and electric locks are out. They would come on when it rained, or I went through the carwash. Now they are out all the time.

I have narrowed it down with the help of my brother, who has a 94 Caravan.

There is no power when I check the "always on" wire going to the radio. There is power to the "ignition on" wire when the key is turned.

My brother told me to check the fuse relay under the hood. His has an obvious relay box, but the 91 does not. Any ideas where the fuse relay would be?

This is my tailgating vehicle, so I have to fix the radio...lol.

Thanks

I'm having the same problem I think on my 98 Grand Caravan. Everything works for me when the key is in the ON position but nothing works in while the key is off or in ACC (power door locks, lights, etc...)

I was actually trying to throw a new radio in that I previously had in my 95 Dodge Avenger. The wiring connectors were the same so I thought I would just toss it in there and see what happened. The radio did power up, but no sound out of the speakers. The second time I turned the key to ACC it wouldnt turn on at all and it was then that I realized the error of my ways.

I'm going to get ahold of some schematics and try to troubleshoot it but I've checked basically all of the 40 odd fuses and found nothing wrong. I'm assuming it is either a relay or a fusible link somewhere, or perhaps the ignition switch. I don't think a fuse would allow the power door locks to work only when the key is in the ON position.

I'll post what I find out. Hopefully I can help you out.
