I have an 88 dodge 4x4 pickup and just recently it has started dying while i'm driving it, and doesn't want to start for awhile after dying. I have people telling me that it is my coil or my ignition module but i can't find the module, any ideas??

a cracked coil will act like that. ignition module is intergrated into computer under drivers side fender aside of battery.

If it's a 318 with TBI fuel injection than you may have a bad pick-up asm or hall device in the distributor.

If it's fuel related I'll share my frustration...
I chased a similiar problem for about 6 months - I finally found that the hose in the tank had a small pin hole in it and when the fuel was low it would suck air and die on me.
