there is a red 1984 d100 swb 318 auto that a guy will sell me for 200$. it has a good windshield, good seat,:gr_patrio rams head, pipe rack, and tool box. its bin sitting for 2 years and i might get it running. he just hasn't found the title. is it worth $200 with out title?

It's worth nothing without a title. He can't legally sell it and you can't own it without a title transfer even just for parts. If he owns it he can apply for a duplicate title. You could offer to pay some portion of the cost if you really want the truck. Without seeing it it's hard to say what it might be worth. Most vehicles bring around $200 at the scrap yard now days.

If you get it and you decide to part it out, let me know. I'll buy a few things for sure, especially if its got power steering. I'd buy the grill if its in good shape, maybe the bumpers and mirrors. What sort of rims does it have?
