Will the wheels off a `01 2500 fit my `91 W250? Same 8x6.5 bolt pattern, my concern is either the center hole diameter not fitting over my hub in front and the `01 9/16 studs vs. the 1/2 studs on the `91. My guess is the tapered lugs just self center and wouldn't be an issue with the slightly larger holes on the `01 wheels?

Measure the center hole, the rear maybe the problem. Also are you sure the 01 wheels have the same measurements? I know Ford went to METRIC bolt patterns which were off just enough not to fit.

compare the size of lug nuts from your 01 and 91 trucks the tapered area on the 01 is much larger. i dont recommend using stock lug nuts to put 01 rims on your 91,find aftermark larger lug nuts at your local parts house(usually are chrome and about 2 1/2 inches long)

I have McGard Tough Nuts on the `91, I think they are about 2" long.
