You will need to use the torque converter plate for the 5.9 as it has the offset balance weight for the 5.9 which is externally balanced. You can use the same PCM I believe or get it reflashed with the 5.9 spec's The only difference between these 2 engines is the balance and the cylinder volume you get more fuel with the 5.9's bigger injectors. There may be some timeing and fuel rate differences between the 2 PCM's but they will both work.
you need the flywheel as noted above, a complete 5.9, and the PCM matched for your drivetrain (auto, 2wd or 4wd). You'll need an auto tranny if yours is a manual. Get a tune for the PCM while you're at it.
