hi all....new guy here...ha ha ha...anyway..i have a 1990 RC with 4x4 shift motor axle type...i noticed a problem with the 4wd not engaging so i pulled the shift motor actuator and noticed the axle to the front left wheel was stripped out because the collar was not in the right place...the Actuator was locked in to far to the right witch caused the collar not to be centered correctly witch in turn eat the teeth on the axle.....now when i drive the truck it sounds like something else broke on the right side or maybe in the pumpkin..? sound like a hard thump sound then goes away...my question is..is it worth pulling it apart or should i just get the whole thing replaced...i have another one already.....thanks for any help on this...

shoot if you already have another one , just replace it , but go through and make sure that the same thing isnt wrong with the other one too.
