I have a 1990 w150 and i was thinking of dropping a crate 360 engine in it the engine comes with 320 ho and 410 ft pounds of torque i use the truck as a daily driver amd do some mild 4x4 with it and i was wondering what i would need to make the transmission and differential hadle that power

That's the Magnum version, which is different than the LA engine you would've had. If you have a 727 (which you should) it will handle that power no problem. If the trans is high mileage you might wanna get it gone through before throwing a fresh more powerful engine in front of it. You should also have a 9¼ rear, which will also handle it no problem. You will need the correct flywheel/flex plate to mate with your trans. You'll also have to make a decision on what induction & ignition system you want to use (carb or EFI).

My truck had efi already so would that support the engine and if not what should i do so it would

Your truck has TBI (throttle body injection); you haven't actually stated what engine your truck originally came with. In any case you cannot modify the factory TBI for more performance and it would choke down that engine; you may as well put a stock replacement engine back in. When I said carb or EFI, I meant you have to choose whether to go retro with a vacuum advance distributor and carb OR some form of aftermarket injection (like a Holley Sniper or similar) or use the later factory magnum intake and PCM. Honestly in your case the Sniper is a better call.
