I have a 360 short block with 57,4xx miles on it. This was removed from an 01 Durango that was hit down the side so the insurance company totalled the truck.

The block has been tanked and magged to check for cracks and there were none anywhere. The block itself looks brand new.

While it was at the machine shop I had them measure the diameter of each cylinder. The standard bore is 4.00" they all measured between 4.0015 - 4.0018. They recommended not to bore the cylinders. Reinstalling the stock pistons/rings or just purchasing new rings for a standard bore.

The crank did not need to be polished or turned. They also recommended using stock size main and rod bearings.

What is included with this is the following:
Block
All piston, rings, rod caps and bearings
Crankshaft with main caps and bearings
Oil pump and pickup
Oil pan
Stock 360 camshaft
Magnum roller lifters

If you are going to have this short block shipped I will reassemble it to be shipped to you. The weight is approximately 375lbs.

For a shipping quote go to www.rlcarriers.com
Ship from zip is 03830
Class = 85.0
Weight = 375lbs

The shortblock will be wrapped in plastic for shipping purposes. Or you can arrange local pickup in East Wakefield, NH.

This is a great opportunity to get a stout lower end for your higher mileage truck.

PM or respond here for more information/details.

$500/bo
