I found some 17" wheels for my truck, but they are 10" wide wheels. I don't plan on doing a lift for a while, so I was just wondering if you guys think it would be okay to run a 295 or 305 /70/17 on a 10 wide wheel? I know the wheel will fit fine, but I can't get them if I have to run a 13.5" wide tire.

you might be able to stuff the 305's on the 10's

what's the offset on the wheels, do you know? if anything you'll rub until you lift

on most 10" wheels without the right offset yo'll have to run a smaller wheel than what's able to be ran

for instance, with a 20x10 and -19 offset, a 39.5x13.50r20 rubbed
however if I found some 20x10's with a +20 offset or so, I could run a 39.5 easy, and possibly a 42 on my truck

The offset is -25mm

no, you'll rub if you turn the wheel halfway, probably with any tire, without a major lift

with that low of an offset with a 10" wide wheel, you'll have to sit OVER the tires to use them
