I had one 1978 Volare and one 1979 Aspen each with the Super /6 in it. The carbs were 2-bbl.
Of course, the /6 isn't the 318, 340 or 360, but it was peppy and good on fuel. The /6 is by far the easiest engine I've worked on other than the 2.5L Chrysler made. Only the distributor and fuel pump were a little tight to the front passnger wheel well due to the slant.
Do some reading on the HISTORY of the /6 at allpar. There are a few variations over the years out there. Some have aluminum in them and may not hold up to performance mods.
