2017 Grand Caravan Econ mode permanent disable

I operate a taxi in northern ontario. I run exclusively 2011 and newer dodge grand caravans.

Through the close to one million kilometers that we have put on the vans in the course of the last 7 years, I have come to the conclusion that the economode that Dodge has included on these things ruins transmissions prematurely.

I am not opposed to snipping a wire or removing a fuse in order to turn this function off permanently. Is there anyone that has credible information has to how to go about doing this? Where, no matter how many times you press the button, this will never engage again?
