2016 grand caravan sxt cooling problems.

I have a dodge grand caravan sxt and is almost over heating in traffic.. high speed fan kicks on for a few seconds then shuts off even with def and ac on. Any ideas on best place to start??

I have a 2016 grand caravan sxt getting hot in traffic.. I checked the fans and the high speed fan or ac fan kicks on for a few seconds then shuts off ac makes it worse.. any idea where to start
