I have been stewing over this issue since last summer. My backup camera was perfectly aligned, and the bumper was not visible when I got my Charger in June of 2014. About a month later it became crooked. I can now see my bumper which is irritating in itself, and the view of the bumper is crooked. The dealer here replaced the camera (probably just to scam Chrysler) but when I got it back, it was exactly the same. Then they said there was nothing else that could be done and supposedly Dodge service headquarters told them the same thing. The dealer would not give me the number of the regional service manager.
If it was right when I bought it, why can't it be fixed? If anyone has any insight on what the fix for this is or how I can appeal this, I would like to hear about it.
Yes on the third brake light but it is non-adjustable. There is a common problem, and I'm surprised there is not more discussion on the subject. Maybe everyone else just decided to live with it.
