2013 Dodge Grand Caravan Engine Misfire Issues

Hello. I have a 2013 Grand Caravan SE, with an engine issue no one's able to figure out. I need any help anyone knowledgeable can offer. Misfire on cylinder #5. First, re: fuel delivery; new fuel pump, injector (twice), throttle body, mass air flow sensor, air filter. Replaced camshafts, rockers, lifters, as they were going, camshaft sensors, plugs, coil pack. The problem is that the car, with a new plug, and codes cleared, will run fine for around twenty miles, then it will begin to run roughly, with some hesitation around the 50 - 60 mph range, until I downshift, which temporatily smooths out the engine. The check engine light will come back on. Acceleration is fine, plenty of get up and go, so I'm not thinking it's a cylinder issue. It will run until it hits that twenty mile or so mark, then the car goes south. Any thoughts? Thanks.,

To be sure I would do a compression test of the cylinders to eliminate all possible causes.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I also seem to be losing antifreeze, and while there's a bit of seepage around the original radiator cap, I'm thinking I may also have an issue with the head gasket. So much for this Fiat engine. What I'm considering doing is swapping out the engine with a 2015 or later, but my existing 2013 is Flex fuel, and I thought I'd read that Flex fuel was discontinued in 2014. If anyone can help, can I install a non Flex fuel engine in a car that originally had one - will I have any problems with emissions? I can't afford a new replacement engine, and I'm leery about installing a 2013 or older engine in my Grand Caravan.

How many miles some 2013 Pentastar engines had an extended head warranty from Chrysler up to 150,000 miles go to a delaer they can check with your VIN if you van is covered under this warranty.
He said in his first post that he already changed the fuel injector twice it's highly unlikely they would be all sticking. Chrysler had an extended head warranty on 2011-2013 3.6 Pentastar engine 10 years or 150,000 miles.

I have the same issue, Assuming coil at this point. Reliable bucking, like big rumble strips, at 45-60mph under very gentle accelleration in 6th gear. Did you solve the issue? I have also noticed a tiny bit in other than 6th gear at lower speeds. Getting RPMs up smooths it out a lot, downshifting.

What was the solution? I have broken moter mounts now.... gotta fix it.
