Is it possible to replace the second row bench seat with stow-n-go seats in my 2005 Caravan? If so, what all needs to be changed?

if by stow and go you mean seats that fold flat to the floor like the rear-most seats then I do not believe so.

The rear stow and go seats fold into a cavity in the floor (where the spare tire lives in my older model van) and there is no such floor cavity in the floor of your van where the second row seats are
