I have a 2003 conversion van. I was told that my resistor pack needed to be replaced on the front a/c fan. It only works on hi. Does anyone know where to find this pack on the car? Is it easy to replace, as I am not the most mechanically inclined.

It's on the heater box under the hood on the passenger side. It has a plug on it. 2 bolts hold it in I think, it's very easy to change. Just buy a new resister at your local auto parts store and it will help you locate it on your heater box. it's a 10 minute job at the most.
