I just has a western pro 7foot 6 inch plow installed on my 2003 ram 1500 quad cab hemi. for some reason on my 30 minute ride home from having the plow installed i had to pull over 4 times because the temp gauge was almost in the red way too hot. I never had a problem with the truck before so it must be the plow. Do i need to install a lower thermastat and if so does anybody know what type? also is there a certain postion the plow needs to be in when a transport it? Any help would be greatly appreciated for I do not want to ruin my truck. thank you

You definitely had the plow in the wrong spot. I usually keep mine as low as it can go to the ground and straight on the high way.
