2001 dodge Ram 1500 differential help

I have a question I have a 2001 dodge Ram 1500 4wd with the 3.92 limited slip differential and I am replacing it with a 3.92 limited slip out of a 99 dodge Ram 1500. Ive already replaced backing plates and now my yoke that bolts to driveshaft is different. When my 01 flange type doesn't fit correctly what do I do? Replace the u joint and use my driveshaft or what. The 99 has the ujoint retainer plates
while my 01 doesn't.
