what can i do to get the most performance out of my 93 318 for around 200 bucks

i was thinkin either a
cold air intake
a mopar pcm
a positive traction set-up from junkyard...?
i have no clue

id say k&n intake, chrome dish and all not just dropin filter = approx 100 bucks ebay
And DIY exhaust get urself a single it/single out flowmaster use it to replace the stock muffler clamp it on with a couple exhaust clamps from auto part store and if you want to get crazy get about a foot of 3" exhaust pipe and use it to replace the Cat. Conv.
so you got...
K&N at 100 bucks
Flowmaster and clamps at 80-90 bucks
and foot or two of pipe at 5-10 bucks
thats what I would do
