Nothing special about the job. I've done several. Just make sure you take the head to a machine shop to make sure it isn't cracked or damaged otherwise. If the head is okay it should be milled to give it a nice true sealing surface.

Make sure you following the torqueing procedures of the head bolts to a tee. You'll need to get a torque wrench.
