1973 Swinger to sell or trade
New to the forum, Hi Y'all.......sorry for being so long winded :gr_patrio
1973 Dodge Dart Swinger, Completely redone, 2k miles on resto mod 98% finished. New-Paint-upholstery-360 hi po Engine-trans-Diff-MSD ignition-3 core radiator-H2O pump-Alt-Reg-Starter-Starter relay-wires-dist-disc brakes-master cyl-you just try to name something I have not replaced !
The car is Rally Red with a off white vinyl roof, stock tires and rims, has bucket seats and a console with auto shifter and a console mounted Tach.
I have lots of pictures avail too.
Reason..two reasons, first I am going to be moving and need a truck or van. secondly, I have ALWAYS wanted an old Dodge Van (60 ish). Or a real nice ole Truck. The Car is in an ad for $7000.00 here locally and I turned down a $6350.00 offer last week. The ole Dart runs like a raped ape..turned a 14.32 at Las Vegas Motor speedway in May of 2006.
I only use it for car shows now. I have been told if I put a stripe on it, fancy wheels and a scoop I could get $12,000.00 for it easy. (an appraiser told me that). Whoever buys/trades for it can personalize it that way, or keep the 'Sleeper' image it has now.
The 360 was an old stock new one I bought so it is standard all the way, The heads are heart shaped closed type. There are NO leaks, and the car uses NO fluids. Mobil one is all the oil it has seen since break-in.
Dual 2 1/8" exhaust with cherry bombs makes it sound as tough as it is.
Can be driven cross country if ya want.
