im heading out there to see what my tuck runs for the first time on the 8th mile track.. im all stock ..so i can have base numbers

my times tonight at the 1/8th

first run superchips performance mode 91octane = 10.6
(i have nothing on the truck bone stock 4.7 quad cab only the superchips)


second run i didnt shift still 91 tune 10.8

third run 87 octane i got a 10.5 best time bone stock with superchips ts ok .....i wana do flat tens by friday...

getting my 4.56 gears insatlled asap.
and hopefully daytona 81 gets his new intake to sell me his cai.



with those two mods how much will my time drop??/



and will an exhaust help noticibly ?? i cant decide either to get flowmasters dumps or tip them out..wat will give me more performance??

Those are some pretty solid times for the truck beein stock w/ just superchips! What kind of weight reduction did you do? Also did you have any runs on it completly stock? Do magnaflow! I have had both and the magnaflows def. out perform the flows. Just my .02

i took off tailagate
no spare time
and took off stock filter let the box open


and ran on 07 stock 20's

those are some good time if you want you can use my street tires 17's and once you get the intake and gear you should run 10.0-10.1 in this weather

you can drop .3-.4 just from 20's to 17's

not dogging on you, but i can tell mine isnt taking it as well as it use to and ive taken every precaution possible short of an engine rebuild

i ran at the houston motorsports park on eastmount houston..1/8th mile track theres was dodge rams out there surprisingly . iu never see rams around racing that was cool

i had a 125 shot dry before still bone stock and ran baddass..

until i went to a 150 shot thats wen it overheated on me and had to replace water pump.radiator.

but im sure a 100 shot wet will do just to have fun

it was 10.57?? sumtin closer to six . might as well be .

i couldve done maybe a staright 10.5 if i had tooken out the tailgate on my last run i just had it down maybe lower with 17s who knows.... im going back on frid... if not sunday cuz u get way more runs

Thats a really good time the best I got out of my bone stock hemi rc was a 9.22 1/8th mile
