A 35" tall tire traves 110" when it is rotated once. 110" is 9.17 feet per revolution. A mile is 5280 feet, so your tires will rotate 576 times per mile. That is the setting you need for your computer. I have heard that the dealer may not be able to set the revolutions per mile that low, but you can try. If not, as jmbones said, you would need an aftermarket tuner to do it.
