Just fyi these Dakotas have a setting in the cluster to allow you to turn on Daytime Running Lights on . DRL is off in all US trucks , but I have had it turned on and it lights up the Bright Lights at a reduced brightness and will cut off when turning signals on or when applying park brake . Works flawlessly . You will have to have a dealer or someone that has a scanner to change this . The dealer will say it doesnt exist IT DOES they have to actually look at the data from the module .

go into cluster with scanner under settings and it will say auto drl or something of that sort I stumbled on it when I was looking at the things I could change
